Silverhawk Insurance is operated by Peter Texiera, a licensed Florida insurance agent serving Medicare eligible residents across the state. The agency is registered as Kickstart Business Ventures LLC and works directly with the carriers available in your county.

Insurance carriers compensate us when a client enrolls. You are never billed for our time, our comparisons, or our ongoing support.
We do not use pressure tactics, we do not sell your information, and we do not push a plan because it pays us more. If nothing we offer fits you, we will say so.
Coverage questions do not stop in December. We stay reachable all year for claims issues, provider changes, and annual reviews before the next enrollment period.
Text messaging is a convenience we offer to clients and prospective clients who ask for it. We only send text messages to mobile numbers that have given us express written consent, collected through the chat widget on this website, verbally during a call with a licensed agent, or when you text us first.
What we send: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you have asked, enrollment and application status updates, and annual coverage review notices. We do not send unsolicited promotional blasts.
Message frequency: varies based on your conversation with us. Most contacts receive fewer than 6 messages per month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Silverhawk Insurance does not charge for text messages.

Sharing: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
