Silverhawk Insurance provides Medicare plan education, plan comparison, and enrollment assistance through licensed agents. We are compensated by insurance carriers, not by you. Our services are provided at no cost to the consumer.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options. Silverhawk Insurance is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.
Silverhawk Insurance operates a customer care and appointment messaging program. The terms in this section apply specifically to that program.
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Silverhawk Insurance relating to your Medicare questions and coverage. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to questions you have asked, enrollment and application status updates, and annual coverage review notices. This is a conversational customer care program and not a marketing blast list.
We send text messages only to mobile numbers that have provided express written consent. Consent is collected in one of the following ways:

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Most contacts receive fewer than 6 messages per month.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. If you want to rejoin later, opt in again through any of the methods in section 3.2, or simply ask us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that the mobile number you give us belongs to you. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us promptly so we do not message someone else.
